I bought the platinum pack but my Crystalline aura is never active on my chars?
How can I fix this? It is been since the start…
I am playing on EU central - Zimmervale

I just guess it’s per server? I’ve created a char one server then gone to less populated one and there I had no aura so my guess is it’s not account wide O_o
Sorry, i was stupid, i forgot to activate it via inventory…
