Just bought and claimed 2 x 30-days Crystalline Aura in shop. 2x420 crystals have been accounted, but the aura is not showing up active in game for me. I’ve tried restarting the game and switching characters several times. Still have to pay for using triports. Please refund the crystals or activate the aura asap!
Odd, and this is the German feedback section, maybe moving this issue to English Support - Lost Ark Forums would be better.
And also, you should try Contact Us | Amazon Games instead of the forums, since Mods and CMs can’t really see into your account to help you solve the issue.
