Is the crystalline Aura locked to the character that enabled it, or is it account bound across all servers in my regional area? I’ve seen various posts about this
I have it enabled on one region but logged on a to a different server today where friends are and made a new toon, but the crystalline aura is not active, and it tells me to purchase more?
Hmm, is the roster XP only attributable to the server and not account wide?
