Hello I bought and activated with Crystalline Aura and then I swapped servers to play with my friends but now the Crystalline Aura is gone and so is my cat pet 
isn’t that cross server??
I did this too and I know the pets are not cross server, but I think the Crystalline Aura may be? I’m not 100% sure on the Aura but any other items are exclusively for the server you’re on so the cat will not be redeemable on another character.
I changed server too and ended up buying the starter pack for the other stuff but it didn’t come with a pet sadly, well the pack I bought didn’t.
They have said they will be giving those who used their Founder’s Pack some extra crystals, and the pet if they changed server, but there’s been no update on when they will give this out.
On the EU servers, the aura is gone for everyone, presumably because the shop is disabled.
It’s gone for those that haven’t already activated it yet, it’s not showing in inventory, but there’s another bug where it shows on Server selection that it’s in effect but when you’re logged in, it’s not active.
I raised a ticket directly with support and they’re aware of it. There’s 2 separate issues
Sometimes it comes back when relaunching but not always.
i think it’s a bug aura should still be up. as for the cat pet it’s suppose to be gone i think? you should get it back on monday when the game sends you your second founder’s package stuff
Many people (Zinnervale) have also written in zone chat that their Aura is gone. Mine is gone too.
