I have a problem that my crystalline aura somehow switched to a different server from the one i was playing on (from Zinnervale to Procyon) and I dont know what to do. Also I dont know if its the same for other players but I cant open store or claim store items on Zinnervale server too. Please help!

I’m sorry to hear about this issue that you are experiencing with the Crystalline Aura and the store.
Let me check with you if I understood correctly, you are now on the Procyon in the Central Europe region and your Crystalline Aura is not showing active, Am I understanding correctly?
For the issue with the store I recommend to exit the game, and verify the integrity of the game files, steps to do it will be on the link below:
Then relaunch the game and check again on the store.

thank you for response. (dont know if aura is cross server…) Its a little different, I played on Zinnervale and created just 1 character on procyon because my friends wanted to play there - the cristaline aura and founders pack was activated on Zinnervale, but I noticed that aura was suddenly gone - on the other hand if i go play on Procyon (because of queues) the aura is there! If I go play on Zinnervale I cant also open my stop or product inventory, but on Procyon is everything working just fine…
I verified game integrity and everything seems to be fine
