Hello. I wasn’t sure which category will be the most accurate for my topic as I’m not sure if this is a bug or something else. I came across other threads with people having the same issue but apparently none have solution. That is the reason why I would like to bring this problem up again. Today was the 10th day of the log in rewards where we can claim 3 chests where each contain 100 blue crystals. I had no problem claiming and opening them. When I managed to log in before some minutes I noticed that all 320 crystals that I had are now missing. Asked my friend if he still have his just to hear that they are gone too. Does anyone else experienced the same issue?

Yes, mine have gone missing too. 2K blue crystals missing…

Basically the patch now is to try fixed it (well eu).

I had 500 crystals and now I have none of them…even my 5 day aura gone…

I guess that sending ticket to the support won’t help either since they have bigger problems such as server ques. Our only hope is to wait?..
