I had a conversation with customer service over emails regarding ticket V718096248. The problem was i deleted one of my character who still had an important quest in progress. In the last e-mail they offered to restore the character so i can finish the quest, but they told me to contact them using a “live channel (chat)” but i can’t find it anywhere.
I saw that chat was disabled in another post on the forum and that i should create a new topic in here so here i am.
What should i do to resolve my issue?
