Cube infinite loading screen and entrance ticket gone

I started dimensional cube (T3) today, but I got stuck in an infinite loading screen. After restarting the game, my Cube ticket was gone.

Just go to AGS support and put in a ticket. That’s what I did and I got one refunded to me.
