Investigating the video with my deep Sherlock Holmes skills, i can certainly say that you lagged, or the server lagged.
You were still in the red danger zone when you died.
(See pet. Pet started moving way later than you, then he insta teleported to the location outside, after the bomb exploded)
I think it’s lag. Same thing happened to me in chaos gate. Already blink away but I still died.
