Not sure if if this is a bug or not, but I bought both the yorn and north vern cube ticket boxes with my guild bloodstones. I never received either cube ticket, only the silver that was within the box. Are the tickets guaranteed or a random chance?

Running special missions for Cube and Boss Rush from your stronghold dispatch also consumes your entry tickets.
If you look at the box descriptions, it says that you have a “chance that you can obtain one” of the options, so the tickets are not even guaranteed…
I think it’s stupid, but it’s how these chests work
