So in the middle of a 3x cube run I’ve got server disconnected along with a lot of people from my discord and got booted to the server selection screen, I could log in and resume the run. BUT in the last stage my game just closed out of nowhere and now I’m at Vern without my tickets and with my weekly and guild quests uncompleted.
So what now? Just suck it up and move on (to another game)?

Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Cube.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, we expect the delivery of the replacement tickets to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate tickets will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when they arrive.
