Customer service clerk doubted my issue

Yesterday, I had an issue regarding of a bug where the entire party except for one person entered a dungeon. We tried to re-party after that but the unfortunate person to get into the dungeon was me. They were able to do a re-entry but me, since the bug basically made me try to solo the dungeon (Oreha’s Well, - Oreha Preveza). So, i had my ticket taken from me just because the game glitched on me and i had no idea what to do but to ask customer service.

I asked this guy on live chat named “Daniel M " . I told him about my issue and i have a screenshot proof where me and my teammates were kicked out, reformed, and had the entry blocked because mine was taken by the game. This “Daniel” didn’t take me seriously and said " We MIGHT give you a ticket or not”. Like, what is this ?? Does the dev/mods roll the dice for this kind of issue to people who ran into this stupid glitch ? And why ? It’s not our fault we would run into this stupidity and have our gameplay ruined by it, an have the people running the game to not help us at all.

Later like an hour, a “cs-reply” from Amazon Games sent me an email, stating that “IF YOU LEAVE DURING a Dungeon it still counts as an attempt” and Lo and Behold, it’s Mr Daniel again telling me to fuck off basically.

I DID NOT LEAVE THE DAMN DUNGEON, I was trying to do a re-entry with the whole party
I did not ask for this, i want to finish my Oreha Well weekly run
I had a screenshot to prove it, why wont they take it ??
Why am i being treated like this ? What did i do ?

I need a help or an answer from the Devs themselves please.

Devs don’t read these forums and work in Korea. You’ll get the same Amazon Support asnwering you here as well.

they will feed yo uthe same crap they fed me when i had same issue, exactly as you described it happened to me when i put a forum post up the CMs did same. Came up wit hbs auto reply.

AGS is the publisher not the developers. They’re the go-between for our version and actual developers who are based in Korea. AGS handles all the support stuff for our version not devs based in Korea.

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during your dungeon, sadly if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.

Yeah no shot. The support literally can’t do anything. The only thing they can do is teleport you around and do some rollbacks of Characters.
We have no devs you usually get the scripted messege here like everyone else lol.

Tickets are only granted by the automated system. If you do not automatically receive a re-entry ticket within 48 hours odds are you are probably out of luck. Like @Drancia said AGS Support have very little power to actually provide meaningful support in-game. They cannot manually dispense re-entry tickets.
