They told you, you broke their ToS. Then you pushed on and the told you they can’t go in details but that they would change the 3 specific names that contain the word precum.
You messed up. No matter how you look at it, you broke their ToS big time. It’s not even something you might be able to put it in the grey area.

Mate to put it simply for you. I was charge of breaking the naming code of conduct. I appealed against their naming code of conduct, which was blatantly ignored by being given a whole different copy and paste of a whole different policy (not the name of conduct policy). Then I asked how this explanation answered my appeal,( I went to trial for a whole different charge)) and they just say case close.
Appropriate for a rated M audience as I said a million times, unless Amazon’s matured audience are actually PG-13 compared to all the other games I used the names on. Which it is just seeing how its obviously censored, compared to the original game content and how restrictive character naming and the chats are. If you find it inappropriate u should stick to PG-13 games or single player games. Were talking about a condiment here for gods same, a noun an object.
You obviously dont know what happens in court, they say every basic thing for the record, I should hope I’m right as I spend 5 days a week escorting Inmates in front of a judge. You agreed to the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct when you agreed to play their game. The character, and all its contents, belong to them. Not you. They can ban you for absolutely no reason at all forever, but instead they suspended you for being childish on their platform and gave you a second chance.

Even in court, you appeal against the accusation and not against the law itself.
The whole copy and paste was given to you same as to everyone else who don’t need any additional argumentation to why they were banned (anyone can understand why you were banned. It’s logical and very on point). You messaged them again, playing dumb and they pointed out 3 of your character names.
M rated content MAY include, but doesn’t mean it does, a specific type of content.
It’s on the provider or owner of the service to define what is and isn’t acceptable (Just because a horror movie may be rated M, it doesn’t mean there will be any porn in it. It may, but it’s not mandatory nor is it always acceptable based on the content). The tag is a guideline used to warn people that the content (regardless of which one it is) may not be appropriate for a younger audience, it doesn’t however define what is and isn’t permitted to do - For that you have the ToS and CoC.
Driving someone to court doesn’t mean shit if you’re not listening to the process. Again, you can appeal against the accusation, not against the law.
A forum mod may pick up on this, but nothing will change, since you were clearly at fault here.

They do have a process. Check the appeal, check the reason for the ban.
After which 2 options are possible:
1.) They write a custom reply because you were right.
2.) They copy/paste the same message to anyone who was found guilty.
You were found guilty. They told you that. You messaged them again, they replied and told you it’s because of the 3 names that have teh word “precum” in them .
If by now you still don’t get this, it’s on you and you only.

I was permanently banned because I removed the game from my account (I was playing too much and decided to take a break) and installed it again at another time. It was explained to me that some people were taking advantage of exploits and that, even though it was not proven in my case, I was permanently banned as a guarantee.
I’m more than 1 week without being able to play and without any prediction of playing again.
