Cutscene Loop in Naruna Hot Springs

Hello, I ran into a bug when trying to complete the Punika story on an Alt and I am stuck repeating the same cutscene and it appears to be an infinite loop. It started after you defeated the boss in Naruna Hot Springs.
Sever - US East
Name of character - Thatonedb

I have the same problem. Quitting game and logging back in did not fix.

Any update? Just encountered this nonsense trying to do side content and now I can’t do anything with 1 of my main alts.
