you start off from 75% so your average is 17 nodes succeding
10/10 is 20 nodes those are really rare to occur they arenāt only about you guessing correctly

well a 9/7/1 allows you to guess incorrectly 5 times

if you pay attention while you are fasceting you will notice that your average stone is 16 nodes succeeding
the hard part is guessing where they succeed 
thats why the chance of getting a9/7/1 is 0.03%
probability is just something we canāt really comprehend

Yup. And 50% = 5% in Lost Ark, so you probably donāt want my method.
Iāve cut 13 stones that were 500g each and my best two were 6/7.
i know the pain mate. used 100k, to cut a 8/6 stone on my main.
and when Artist came, i cut a 7/7 stone 1st try.

if you try to get a 7/7 and put both 75 and 65 on the same engraving then probably not
Itās mostly intuitions sometimes my intuition is spot on sometimes it isnt.
Stone cutting is a pure RNG fest. You can make it more reliable by min maxing but at the end of the day it comes down to luck. The other day i cut a Raid Captain Ambush Stone and after 22 Hits i was sitting at Raid 10, Ambush 2 Negative 3 with 8 Hits open on Ambush alone and 25 percentš¤£
At this point i just closed my eyes and hit the button on Ambush 8 Times. Sadly it turned Out to be a 10-4-3 but on the other hand it is perfectly fine for what i aimed for.
few days ago i made stone for arcana. 14. stone was 7/7/3
my pheons are dead.
and I was using calculator btw.
This method works really well for getting a 7/7:
- Hit 7 nodes on the first engraving
- Hit 7 nodes on the second engraving
- Hit 4 or less nodes on the negative
You can tweak it a little bit to make it suitable for getting an 8/7.
Every stone is a 50% chance at being a 7/7
You either cut it or you donāt.
