Just logged in today after reset and did my Chaos Dungeons, went to list an item and I’m still capped at 20/20 even though I’ve done nothing since reset today.

20 / 20 means you have 20 left, from max of 20.
0 / 20 would mean you’ve used all your daily roster slots.
Did you get an error and the listing was not created? There is still the old 10 concurrent AH &market listings per character limit. It’s slightly different error than the 20 daily cap.
