Okay. I’m making an appeal to Amazon Games to get rid of this Daily, and give us another (more fun) way to farm Pirate Coins. Straight up just daily competition with other players to buy the best slaves and ignore the bad ones.

that daily is one of the 3 best leapstone dailies in the game, you do it for the leapstones. if you want pirate coins, you do sailing coop and get like 20k+ a day if you exchange sailing coins into pirate coins

The quest has you freeing slaves when you buy them, and there is no selling slaves for the player.
But yes, we should be able to attack the slave traders to be honest.

If you have been doing grandprix you should have about 800k pirate coins thats enough for Astray and like 3 relic crews
you do realize that the purpose of buying them is to get the island soul. even the 300 coin ones can give it to you (which is how I got mine, bought only the 300 coin ones one day).
Man, if you want to force them to delete/replace this quest, just mention the fact that it’s slave trade.
I mean, there’s a reason they’re so afraid of the word “master”.

just to explain what op is talking about, if you buy slaves for a specific value they have a high chance of giving you more pirate coins back than what you paid for them.
and yeah op, the event gives you tons of pirate coins. 12 x500 coins of your choice, so 120000 pirate coins and i think around 20k pirate coins flat per week. ofc he was talking about what the vendor has in stock, you dont get them as a reward for doing the event itself.

Considering the demonstrated and accepted in narrative combat power of the protagonist, total annihilation of the ‘traders’ on the island should be the matter of an afternoon and absolutely within the PC’s power to do by themselves. Most of that afternoon will be hunting down the remainders after any attempt at coherent resistance simply dies in the face of overwhelming combat power. (Doesn’t matter if they’re Bard or Paladin, the PC is essentially a human shaped natural disaster.)
Do 3 Sailing Co-ops every day and turn the Sea Coins into Pirate Coins.

don’t mind that the “prisoner” trader tells you the prisoners are healthy and in good condition, that just means they’re taking care of them!
amazon games really did their best to get rid or censor everything that can possibly trigger people XD

I mean we are all just kids. They have to take care to shield us from the world. Very thankful, but I don’t mind too much, until they start censoring skins.
