So Destroyer power pass yes or no?

I expect them to say something on the lines of: Just like in other regions every class release we will be giving powerpasses for people to get their new characters ready ASAP or Since the cadence of release of new classes is faster than in other regions, we will be giving powerpasses on a x(2 or 3) month basis. Not that hard, people will know what to expect and if they should be holding on using powerpasses or not.

Also, the classes are new to us but not (NEW) they have been out for a long time it makes zero sense to change our version for no reason

Please give us power pass or implement it in the cash shop with some additional requirements to use it i.e. achieve t3 with 1 or 2 characters
