its 3%, the base synergy amount for non positional increased by 1% to bring it more in line with non conditional synergies
and nobody ever said something about dbs receiving a buff in this patch except for remaining energy in particular

“Have respect for Hitmaster” was the reason of the Devs, didn’t I read right?
Most bussers are hitmaster, even Brel G6 isn’t backattacker-friendly. Brel-Busser are bunch of Hitmasters and a few Front.
