I’m sorry to hear that you disconnected during an Abyssal Raid, and I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
Unfortunately, they cannot grant you any rewards or increase the number of entries you have available.
I saw other posts where people got re entry tickets in their mail is that not possible?
I have seen that myself, but I’m unsure of the conditions (if any) that need to be met for the system to grant you a re-entry ticket automatically. However, they cannot manually increase the number of entries you have available at this current point in time.
This just happened to me too. it feels awful all that work and lost due to the game crashing? im really demoralized right now.

I completely understand how you feel; though my situation was different, there were many times I had gone into a Guardian Raid and forgot to harvest the Guardian Soul at the end resulting in the loss of rewards.
I’d highly recommend submitting feedback in #game-feedback:game-feedback at letting them know how they could improve this system.
This issue is completely different than forgetting to harvest a soul at the end of a Guardian Raid. That is human error, this is not.
This problem happened to me last week (killed Argos, game crashed during cutscene, zero rewards and locked out for the week). Since this is happening to a number of other players, I assume that this is a client-side problem. This is not a player “forgetting” to harvest a soul for loot after completing a Guardian Raid, and the rewards are at a much higher stake from Argos since it is a weekly lockout.
I was told by Lost Ark support through Live Chat that a compensation is in works, but I have heard nothing back from them.
It is a bit demoralizing to push to 1370 to complete Argos for the week before the weekly reset, only to get s**t on by the game and the loot taken away from you.

The DC issue is really making me not want to play this game anymore after this week. Connection is fine for hours then I lost a chaos dungeon entry due to DC. Hours later after running fine to go run abyssal raid and DC toward the end of the fight and again lost rewards. Very deflating.

Same thing happened to me today on my first time doing it now I’m not only getting no rewards but also flagged for leaving LOL.
Name ninotank server regulus. Literally as the animation happens w the fall I get the error and I’m the one who killed him the last 7 mins w a pali teammate only, I don’t know if I’ll even get first time rewards.

Only the chosen ones get replacement tickets via automated mail system. Why and how are they chosen? No one knows.
If you didn’t get a ticket immediately after you logged back in you will just have to wait until next week.
Chosen ones, aka. streamer and whales, and i did press that f4 button a lot , apparently not enough for a support. One thing for sure, not spending another dime on this.
