I got unfairly disconnected during quest Dark Rain Plains after doing almost whole quest (30 mins of life). And I see I lost potions and other stuff but didnt get rwards and now I have to do the quest all over again.
Because of your faulty servers I lost items, aura time and my personal time.
Could you please reimburse me for that? Its game breaking bug to have to redo this whole quest all again and its all because FAULTY Servers that DC for no reason.
I paid so much for this game (two founders packs plat and gold) but bugs like these really want me to quit.
Could you please help and reimburse me for lost aura time and items (potions and stuff)
