DC during Valtan Gate 2 and the entire party lost the entry

Our party tried taking Valtan down for over 5 hours, by the end of the night all of uf disconnected, we decided to leave it for today, we made a new party and when we tried to enter the raid we got the “entry count” error and couldn’t enter… I was told that when something like that happens we should get a ticket via ingame mail to retry it but none of us got it… Are we simply gonna miss out on the new Valtan raind due to a server issue?
As you can see by the picture, it says the entry count is exceeded but the second gate isn’t cleared… and we can’t enter…

Unfortunately Yes. Alot of people will be missing it this week due to bugs

Happened to me just 30mins/ 1 hour ago.
Was in Valtan and got disconected (my internet connexion was fine. Its just in game i got discontected). Apparently other websites got struck with connexion problems for like 5 minutes.
When i reloged my entry for Valtan was gone and i was given no re-entry ticket.
This problem is clearly not on my part. Will amazon do something ?

the server went down and everyone lost the entries for gate 2 pls at leats send the ticket to allow a reentry

This is what I got back from support:

"Thank you for reaching out regarding the loss of your ability to participate in limited entry events due to service issues. At this time, we’re not able to re-grant the ability to participate in limited entry activities. You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC. To enter events which require Entrance Tickets, you’ll need to gain additional tickets via Chaos Dungeon drops or Exchange merchants.

We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during player participation.

Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

This is the response I got from live support chat:

“I’m sorry for the inconvenience and stress that this has caused you however, this is a known issue that our developers are currently working on so please can you allow more time and once we have feedback, we will notify you.”

Seems it is being looked into and we should know how it is going to play out by the end of today or tomorrow. I am going to try to schedule my guild who got locked out to raid on Wednesday, but I am letting them know that I don’t have much hope that it will be solved and we will get our entry back to be able to have the week one Valtan experience we all worked so hard for.

I don’t like to pull threads or bring people down but I gotta say this might be copium. Keep your expectations low cuz my support chat guy came back to me with a canned response regarding “automated system didnt see u were eligible, therefore you aren’t”. I responded to him requesting a re-escalation cuz this is absolutely an AGS issue but I’m not expecting much.

The only thing I am waiting for now is for @Shadow_Fox to give us some good news or parrot the support people’s response.

This is extremely frustrating…My party was almost beating Valtan and we got dced because servers got really bad out of nowhere and now we lost a whole week of progression because of it…

Yep it is exactly like that as far as I was told by support. Between this and the scam mount, I’m just gonna be a lot more apprehensive about dropping a single dime on this game. Bad investments are bad.

yeah, they sold a mount that was better then the others… (spacebar dash was huge and it had a low cooldown), then after everyone bought it they nerfed the dash

But you barely use mounts in this game .-.

The incompetence of ags is appalling.
