After completing Gate 2, I D/Cd while trying to buy the box, upon coming back from the DC I did not have the items from the box and could not purchase the box, so on the first week of Brel, I could not buy gate two’s box which is pretty important. I know things have been hard and you guys are pumping out content, but this is critical 
I hope there is something that can be done.

did you submit a support request to see if anything can be done on their end?
I did not, i came to the forums first i thought this is their support ticket system.

I will say I was streaming the entire thing so I have a vod and everything as well for proof

+1 in my raid 5 people Dc’d cause servers and 2 of them including me we couldn’t reclaim the box
