In a Valtan Bus, and in the Ghost phase . I disconnected from the server, I paid 800g to the driver. because of the continuing server dc issue, I could not get anything back.

I’m sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Valtan run while paying for a bus.
You might be familiar with the automated system that returning entry tickets to players affected by game-side disconnections. In case you’re not, we have a system that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).
