DC on Argos - support said ticket will be mailed within up to 1 day, its been day 3 now

Dc’ed after we killed Argos, contacted support, was told it would take up to a day to get my entry ticket reimbursed due to disconnect being due server issue, it’s day 3 now and nothing yet?

What’s up with ‘promising’ something and then fail to deliver?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected while on Argos.

I understand how frustrating can be to get disconnected in the middle of Argos. Currently, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually. Our team is aware of this and they are working hard on solving it. I apologize for the inconvenience. Once we have more information about this matter I’ll be letting you know.

if your team is ‘aware’ why are they giving out false information saying you will get your ticket back within a day, and if it doesnt happen, contact us?

Their automated system works on 30% of cases and their way of dealing with it when it doesn’t work is “tough, better luck next week! Have a wonderful day! Heart emoji, smiling cat emoji”.

They’re such a small indie company, they don’t have time to manually provide tickets for those cases where their flawed algorithm doesn’t work.

After all, why ever address a broken system if you can just instruct your staff to dismiss those cases where it doesn’t work?


There is a bug where if you disconnect and manage to reconnect to the game, finishing any phase of the raid will grant you 0 rewards. Can we have this looked into?
