i do valtan hard and disconnected, i do fast relog, then when i enter raid already done, im stuck outside circle pilar i thought its bug, but its not and dosnt matter, what matter is no reward, and i cant purchase end reward, so i think i will get another ticket back at mail, like at says here Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts
but tickect not mailed to me, and entery consume, so pls what i must do so i can enter valtan gate 2 again
Welcome in club had the same yesterday also on G2 hard, only what you can do is pray that the ‘magic’ system did found/count your case as ‘verified crash or outage’ but probable not as there also mentioned that: ‘this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects’ so the last one can be whatever a game server issue also…
its happend bcz my party shown dead for unknown reason after reset bcz late baltor, then after that i got disconected after first ground / half ground destroyed, when i recconect raid already clear, maybe first thing first that display party as dead make it happend
if im not wrong when i cast ultimate after that first ground disapear, that make my game crash or connection error idk, i shuld not do pub for content that so sensitive, really regret it

This is sadly not something that support will be able to assist you with. The ticket system only grants tickets when the crashes are verified to have been caused by something on the server side. This is the only way re-entries are granted.
In your case the odds of receiving a ticket are pretty slim - as your group actually finished the content without you. That most likely consumed your weekly lockout. Though the system can take up to like 48 hours to dispense tickets.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.
