Have raised this issue separately via webticket on Amazon website but as I have not gotten a response to my previous tickets, thought it be best to post here.

I just logged into the game and was opening my una’s gold chests upon which I received the eac offline error. Reconnecting back to the game moments later only left me with the gold bars left from the chest and not the gold that dropped (4 x chests).

issue occurs from about 2:50 in.
I’m sorry about the disconnection issue you had on Una’s, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
I am unsure what the actual error is but it was definitely not my own personal connection since everything else on my PC was working right as it happened. This should be pretty obvious since the error was ‘eac offline’ and not ‘sever connection issue’ - it is all in the video I have provided
Also this has nothing to do with ‘ticket restoration’ - I have lost gold due to opening a chest containing gold which drops gold for me / my pet to pick up. This never happened because of the disconnection which caused the gold to disappear along with my tokens and chest.
Seriously, could you guys please pass this on to someone who is able to first understand my issue before even trying to solve it?
