in new raid after i open my soul got dc and cant take my rewards, so i joined game again but it teleport me in city, i lost my rewards

I understand how frustrating it is to lose the rewards from the dungeon due to a connection issue, unfortunately we don’t have a way to grant you the access back to get the rewards manually, I apologize for the inconvenience.
All eligible and proven disconnected (by the game server) players will automatically receive their additional entry within these 24 hours, so please, wait the estimated time in order to receive the additional entry if eligible.
