I got the pop up “Unable to connect to server” (the same one that everyone else has been getting over the last week or two). This happened at the end of my guardian raid and i had 2 souls to collect before leaving. When I tried to re-enter from the character select screen I got back into the raid but 5 seconds into me running up to find my souls i was kicked out of the raid and got an error saying the raid failed. Unfortunately this disconnect cost me 2 Soul Harvests and I would like some support on getting those back. I have attached a couple relevant screenshots.

I can understand how disappointing it would be to loose entry in the middle of the raid.
For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.
