I’m sorry to know you had issues while completing a dungeon in Lost Ark, I understand how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Getting multiple disconnects between myself and my guild mates, as well as people that were trying to launch Arogs P1.
We are all getting similar error, something to do with “EAC Offline”.
I’m fron Vykas NA East server.
(I think it’s not just one server problem, as people from other servers were getting DCed too, but I’ll just post my server info just in case.)
It was a verified crash because I got a replacement ticket for Vykass immediatly as I dc’d from there as well.
I’m also not understanding, this is an atrocious lazy system to avoid any sort of accountability by just saying CAN’T DO IT, SYSTEMS FAULT.
Nice, lost a Boss Rush today. Love this garbage system.
