Game crashed the exact moment when kakul saydon died in gate 2. I was able to receive the clear rewards, however I was not able to buy the chest. I am now 2 horns short from upgrading my relic set. Is there any way to get the horns back?

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage. Unfortunately, any items not gathered during the run are not claimable afterwards.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

- The DC was on your end, not mine.
- The DC was right after killing gate 2, during the buy chest phase, so technically the gate was finished and can go right into gate 3 just fine upon reloading. Because of that, I was not able to buy the gate 2 chest. It doesn’t make sense to me to even get “offered” a ticket when thats not the problem here.
- Just had someone have the same DC in vykas just now and could not buy box
