DC’d Valtan G2 right before we even started the pull. No ticket in the mail, and tried to join another group once my internet was back up and it said Entry Count Exceeded even though it said it wasn’t cleared. Submitted a ticket a while ago but nothing.

I’m sorry to know about your disconnection while completing Valtan, I understand how frustrating this is.
Regarding your entry, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24H, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

So basically because I dc’d I can’t get back in? Wow…
this is happen to me too, my account got dc-ed and got back to the pick server screen, really to many people dc today after maintence
Same issue here with an Argos run. This has something to do with today’s patch. First time I’ve experienced these issues with Lost Ark and they’re off and on all day.
Ya I got dc’d towards the end of g2 valtan couldn’t claim the chest and it’s a confirmed server issue. No ticket refund yet but it hasn’t been 24hrs. Had every single member in our raid dc 1 by 1 at the end of g1. Game is literally unplayable atm

It honestly might have been a server side dc, I just thought it was my internet. But the weird thing was it wasn’t even during g2, it was in the waiting area before the gate. That’s why it says g2 hasn’t been cleared…but I can’t enter back in.
