DC'ed on clearing cutscene

title ^^ right after finishing Valtan Gate 1, I DC’d in the cutscene or on the quick loading sceen.

It cleared on my Character status, but It didn’t clear on Alt + Q tab.

So, I log back in after dc and when I got back in there’s no reward and we cannot proceed to Gate 2.

Waited for a re-entry ticket for 24 hours and it didn’t arrive. Did I just lose my Valtan Hard entry without getting any rewards? Please do something, thanks!

Currently the re entries are managed by a autmated system as describes here:
