Deadeye Handgunner Buff at the beginning

Welcome!
I would like to submit a request and ask about the possibility of introducing a character enhancement. I mean a buff for Deadeye - Handgunner - at the beginning of our official release.
This is quite a significant change (subjectively for the better) and could open up new possibilities. It was well received on the Korean server (I think so). Can we expect this at release? Do other players need it (like me)?
Feel free to answer and make a little discussion if it’s needed.

Thanks Pneuma! For the same reasons, the new Madness engraving for Berserker is a must for Tier 1 content – because Swiftness/Crit builds will rule the first two tiers of the game. Can you check and report about the Berserker one too (Madness) please?

Thank You very much for Your answer. I hope You can make such a change. I hope that by the time of the official release it will be possible to obtain the appropriate files that will correspond to the discussed issue.
