Dear AGS stop Scam People! [Twitter "Compensation"]

This has nothing to do with the work of Roxx and co., they still do a good job.

But again and again complaints are totally igoniert by the support and here.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED COMPENSATION FROM AMAZON FOR MY 2 MISSING CHARACTER SLOT TICKETS FOR 800 ROYAL CRYSTALS EACH!

Now it comes on top of that that they just leave out the 1000 Blue Crystals with the Ark Pass.

Then I read sporadically that they are considering making the Express Pass available without limit, which will just destroy the ingame market in the AH even more.
In addition, ALL EUW players have been scammed even more, because they still have not received their character slot tickets!

It also boils down to the fact that EU West will be completely disregarded until it is completely broken and they will just shut down this realm and EVERYONE who plays there has completely wasted their time because they are not able to manage their servers properly.

That you permanently bad presse makes and as good as every magazine badly reported about you must you absolutely not wonder.

If you are not able to manage games, just leave it and sell the division and give Lost Ark to another company.

Why can’t you give people what they paid for like any other company?
Even though you are based in America, there are laws in Europe and you can’t do what you want here.
Stick to sales contracts otherwise sooner or later there will just be class action lawsuits and your company will make even more negative press globally than usual, then you will end up just like Myspace or other companies that just nobody needs anymore.

Enough is enough!

It’s already way too sad that you also save on the servers themselves and pretty much everyone has any loading errors or otherwise.

Just draw a line OR take care of your customers/community!

That doesnt makes any sence.

Did you buy slot tickets and didn’t get them?

Yes on the gold founders pack and platin U got a char slot ticket … we never got a compansation for it… I’m a EU West player but they doesn’t care at all about the playerbase on that realm

I’ve read this sentence 5 times now and still have no idea what you’re upset about.

  • Players accidentally assigned an incorrect character to Express Event
  • Amazon is allowing a change to a new character when appropriate
  • Amazon has acknowledged in-game UI and wording could have been improved and will work with Smilegate to improve this going forward
  • You’re still angry because those who did assign to the incorrect character but continued to redeem the rewards regardless can’t double down on those same rewards?

I also hope you’re not attempting to mask this as another, we deserve compensation claim. This IS the compensation!

why is stupidity still rewarded instead of really compensating those who have put MONEY into the game?

the with twitter I have only postponed, because that is exactly son point again. all others who have done it right are once again scammed.
