Firstly, I am extremely sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with one of our players. This is totally unacceptable and according to me, anyone who say such things should be penalized for sure.
Secondly, It’s my duty to tell that this is not the correct platform to report a player. We (Forum moderators), are not the ones who can penalize/ban a player. However, we do have a dedicated team for this who can.

You can obviously go ahead and report in-game as well, which is the most efficient way of reporting.
