Deathless Vykas achivement bugged

Hello there,
I want to report that my deathless Vykas achivement for hard mode is bugged. Today I cleared with a friend and after we ended G3, no achivement notification appeared. I did asked my friend if by any chance anyone died in previous gates, and he’s 100% sure no one died all the way. I have the achivement for normal but not for hard. I double check if by any chance is just “taking time” but I have been waiting for 1 hour.
My character name is Soretomowatashi, a scrapper. The run started around 4:50 PM EST, and ended 5:15 PM EST. I really need help because I was waiting for that trophy for a looong time!
