Deleted Character reactivation

I was able to purchase some additional character slots, and I was wondering if one of the characters I had previously deleted due to space limitations could be reactivated.

Server: NA East → Danube
Main Character Name: Crazydees
Requested Character to Reactivate: Destroyer named Crazythor
