Hi. So I got really excited about joining my friends on their server that i didnt even think twice about deleting the character on the server i was originally on. This is very much my fault but i was hoping if i could please just recover the saphia pet that i got from the twitch drop on my new character and server. Old character was named Higanabana. New Character Haruzuki. Please and thank you.
Also you guys are doing a great job and the game is awesome! Keep up the great work!
I did something similar and got no help from either Twitch Support or Amazon Games support. Hope there is a resolution.
I did the same thing, moved servers after they were locked and then unlocked. Lost my Prime loot, I am hoping they can allow us to reclaim these items on our new server.

I’m really happy to know you’re enjoying Lost Ark with your friends in this new server, and I understand your character is inactive and then pet got deleted as a part of the process. In this case, we can try to restore your character by contacting Customer Service but I can’t promise Saphia will be back as a part of the character restoration. To add to this, pets can’t be transferred from one server to another at this time. I hope you can understand.
