I party with other player and they get clear 1445 P2 but I can not get the reward. I have power issue a seconds and cause my lost internet connection. I try back to game asap but my teammate already finish the boss and leave. One of teammate wait for me but I can not get the reward or open the blessing chest too.
it show me no cleared gate 2 then I try with other player try gate 2 again but it show entry count already. I guess I just lose this gate 2 reward this week.

I am sorry to hear about your lost reward after a brief disconnection but please bear in mind we are unable to provide rewards that are not gathered based on this scenario manually. The gate will show as consumed given you used up the entry for this week.
In general cases of disconnections, we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to reissue it manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

@Fenrirskoll Can you at least address this as bug? He apperantly can join a successfull kill and cannot claim rewards?

Thank you for following up on the topic. Unfortunately, if a player is disconnected during specific load instances, such as the specific moment a boss goes down and the rewards are distributed, the system will not count them towards the reward distribution. We cannot acknowledge that as a bug as it is expected behavior that the system would not issue a reward to an absent player, even if they do come back shortly after the disconnect happened.
Whereas @tanghaoran74 was lucky one of the run-mates waited on them to reconnect, that may not regularly be the case and whereas they have let us know they did not disconnect purposefully, the system merely notices the absence and declines the reward.
