Dear Lost Ark developers and support team,
I am writing this message with a heavy heart, as I am unable to play the game I love so much due to constant authentication errors. Every time I try to log in, I am met with frustration and disappointment as the game fails to start.
I am a proud resident of Brazil and I use Claro as my internet service provider. Despite having a decent connection, I am unable to enjoy Lost Ark as it should be played. Every time I am able to get into the game, I am quickly disconnected and cannot remain in the game for more than 5 minutes.
I have tried multiple solutions, including contacting my internet service provider, but to no avail. The only way I am able to play Lost Ark is by using paid programs such as ExitLag or WTFast. While these programs do help, they are an additional expense that I should not have to bear just to play the game I love.
I am writing this message to express my disappointment and frustration with the current state of the game. I strongly believe that all players should have the opportunity to enjoy Lost Ark without any technical difficulties.
I kindly ask that you address this issue and work towards providing a stable and enjoyable experience for all players, regardless of their location or internet service provider. I truly believe that together, we can find a solution to this problem.
