Destroyer gets shafted - No express event and they are still discussing even a powerpass

I had planned to use the express event on Gunlancer and powerpass on Destroyer. I ended up applying the powerpass to my account after seeing that it was going to expire after Destroyer release. After starting the express event I had an oh shit moment after seeing the powerpass was going to expire within a week and ended up using both on the same character before it was announced that it would be extended.

Yea I don’t see why AGS wants to keep trying to keep people in t1/t2. Seems like unnecessary friction. If we don’t get a powerpass than yea where just gonna have to play by ear for each class release.

AGS needs more “DATA”. The excuse that we are getting more then KR was at the time so AGS must take consideration bout what to do and what not to do is :bed: and just feels like PR talk ngl.

If you wanted people to progress t1 and t2 properly you’ve missed that boat when the game came out with t3. Like its a nonsense excuse.

How bout just getting people to t3 properly and actually make sure the t3 progression and endgame gameplay loop isn’t scuffed. Why we still messing around in t1 and t2 is beyond me.

That makes sense to me… :joy:

I do think that if they make that update to the weapon/armor skins, they will also hold a limited time sale for these skins as well. It wouldn’t be fair to people they turned away with no way of getting the skin now.

New characters should not start at 1302, it’s far too early for a Punika powerpass.

Most of the content is available at 1370, which is less than a couple weeks of grinding once you reach tier 3.

I totally agree that a Feiton powerpass should be given on each new character release, though.

Same here! I wanted to save the Power Pass for the Destroyer but once I used the item in the inventory, the expiration date shown on the login screen was 28/4 so because I was afraid not to lose it, I have used it on random alt.

Yeah this needs to be thrown out the window completely. Just give honing buffs for t1 and t2 baseline, Punika powerpass from now on and keep up events to get out.

I mean those eventually come.

Yeah this stuff really needs to be fixed. It needs to be explained on how things work, many people are confused on how it works. For me I just saved the pass in my roster storage just in case of some bs if I used it. After seeing everyone make that mistake (can’t blame them, shit isn’t explained at all) was a bit relieved, though I feel bad for the people who didn’t know.

I mean, if anything that means other versions have more time to save mats than we do and only makes the argument for us to get a pass with each class stronger. I think it would be a dumb move to release classes without a pass. Ultimately SG/AGS gunna do what they gunna do but people already feel shafted from having less ways to gain mats daily as is. I feel bad for the forums you guys are gunna have to deal with if you don’t get to release a pass with each class.

If this is the thought, how come you didn’t do super express for April and power pass for May? Why is Super Express THREE MONTHS LONG?

I agree with this. Classes should always be released with a pass regardless. Would make it fair considering content cadence.

Because in NA our brains are slow and it’s gonna take us 3 months to do simple content duhh

The pass was initially bugged and many used it as it said it would expire, furthermore the releases have been all tentative and we have no idea what is coming out until a day beforehand. So players get called out for assuming yet they are then forced to assume that these events are designed to cover multiple releases.

Communication is key, had the pass been designed with Glavier and Destroyer in mind, as they will not be getting one, then that should have been communicated when these events where released.

The game is heavily designed around utilizing resources in the most productive way as well as planning things out. With how many bugs, translation issues, and uncertainty and miscommunication with releases that makes it very hard.

Because they have some weird idea of the western audience. Seems they have painted a picture that we like to take our time after the whole Argos dilemma

Honestly the Argos dilemma is 100% player driven.
There’s no reason why the Super Express is 3 months. Especially if it takes the place of any secondary event in the next 3 months, that’s disasterous.

Oh yeah that bug was pretty scummy. Guess it makes sense factoring that in.

This is correct, it was “bugged” at first. This is a great post.

It really was which is why content is being so slowed down. We tried to tell them one million times it wasn’t the time it was released but the lack of materials in t3 content.

Yes, a very wise decision. Please take your time and also no need to rush in anything. Walking slowly is the most efficient way to reach your goal. I dont have money anymore, also am planning to travel this summer. We want to enjoy the game horizontally/vertically/all dimension, and gather more mololo seeds

Seems pretty standard in gaming as of late.

  1. Company makes decisions that make the game unfun and frustrating.

  2. Players get understandably frustrated and tell the company.

  3. Company gets butthurt and starts resenting players.

  4. Company misses all of the chances to correct their image and please the playerbase.

  5. Players get more frustrated as game starts to spiral into the abyss.

  6. Company never stops resenting playerbase, game is forever a lesser version of what it could have been.
