Deteled character with a skin

Hello,

Is there any way i could recover deleted character which i deleted with a skin on it ?
I was testing how it would look and left trixion to try on a costume and quickly deleted it to change appearance…

Please help

Hey @Boczacza!

I was checking your roster to help you with the character restoration and in order to restore a character you must have an available character slot, if you need to, you can delete one of the active characters you want to keep playing and then restore it later after you recover the skin.

Please free up a character slot and let us know so we can help you with the restoration.

Hi @Boczacza!

Thank you for your patience! Your character has been restored please check it out and let me know if you need anything else from me!

If you don’t find your character, just run an integrity check on Steam and try again.

To perform the integrity check follow this steps:

  • Restart your computer and launch Steam.
  • From a game’s library page, select Manage > Properties.
  • Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files… button.
  • Steam will verify the game’s files - this process may take several minutes.

Hello. I have the same problem. I submitted a ticket, but they still haven’t resolved it.

Can I please ask you to restore my deleted character? I saved an character slot for this.

Region: South America
Server: Gienah
Character’s name: Bambuk
Class: Sorceress
