Did not get arcana compensation

Continuing the discussion from Upcoming Skill Tree Transfer System Update:

Because some classes have new skills that will replace older ones in this update, players will receive a compensation for those skills’ Skill Tree Effect. To receive compensation, the character must have a Lv. 2 or higher Skill Tree Effect for the impacted skill before the update. Compensation details will be included in next week’s patch notes.

I did not get mine. I thought I needed to have them saved to the universal library like everything else. Why is phrasing so difficult. It wasn’t explicitly stated that I needed to have the tripod Equipped. What gives? Is this a bug?

When you say universal library, you mean the skill inventory where you save any other tripod right?

If yes, then you should have gotten them.

Maybe check the universal storage of that character and it might appear there

Yes, sorry I meant the skill inventory. I’m a bit distraught right now.
I had it saved, I checked for days before the update. I just didn’t have the Infinity Shower tripod equipped. The only compensation I got was the global one from the whole pheon fiasco. I’m so confused… I was so paranoid about this whole update since September and it feels like crap when (presumably) bad wording resulted in me having to dish out gold for another lv 5
