While playing Argos Phase 1 today, I DC’ed and when I reconnected a minute after, the fight was already over. My raid group beat Argos and was able to claim rewards, but I didn’t get any rewards and was also not able to buy the chest.
Furthermore, I did not get the first time clear reward, which I should have gotten also.
I am unable to enter Argos again for this week as my entry count is now depleted.

Hi anna, if the system detects a verified crash or outage on the servers side, then you will be compensated for this with an additional entry.
Unfortunately this won’t cover local network issues or other forms of disconnects.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this does not help me because I see a decent probability that the disconnect was due to internet connectivity issues.
The problem/bug is that I was able to re-connect, and as you can see rejoin the raid, but did not get any rewards. In my opinion, rejoining the raid should enable me to claim rewards if the raid was successful.
Had this same issue just a few hours ago. Don’t know whether it was my connectivity or game side, but it seems like regardless the loot that WOULD have been given out should just be sent via in-game mail instead of making us lose out completely or re-do it all.
MODs and the Devs acting like it is normal the way it is right now is what is making me mad bro xD, like in my case i did p1 and p2 and because of only 3 sec dc + loading screen i lost a entire weekly content.
I think the re-entry ticket system still has a gap as I haven’t received by re-entry ticket. Customer service told me to be patient as it could take up to 24hrs to receive (its been like 48-72hrs).
I had 5 friends at the time of the crash on discord (we all crashed within minutes of each other). 2 were doing Argos p3 they didn’t proceed to the reward screen and received their re-entry tickets instantly after servers stabilized.
Me and other two other were doing Argos P2 only me and one other disconnected but our party for some reason accepted the rewards whilst we were locked out of the server. Due to the server issues we couldn’t connected, couldn’t claim the chest with the party and lost on all rewards (argos blood, equipment etc).
For something that can only be done once a week and takes a while to get the full set it can be extremely frustrating for players. There are numerous number of posts on this forum depicting similar/same scenario with no solutions for players that fall into the gap in the system.

I just want to plan ahead whether I just have to live with fact that I will have to spend 3 extra weeks to get my Argos gear…
