Did not get Ealyn's gift/Powerpass

My current quest now is the ice breaker one where I head over to shushire, but I did not receive the rewards for finishing Ealyn’s gift as well as the power pass. Also, checking my quest completion history I have all required quests done, I also vividly remember well that I completed the fesnar highlands quest but it is missing on my completion list. I could not have finished all the other quests following without it. Any help would be appreciated as Amazon support tickets never get back to me.

I don’t know how long you’ve been waiting but I think I remember mine came in the mail, so it could just be a bit delayed?

So after being forced out of Valtan server, I moved to shandi and had to grind all over again back to 500+ ilvl. In valtan the powerpass was sent right away, but now in shandi I have waited many hours nothing… I relogged just now again still nothing.

Unfortunately you only get 2 power passes on your entire account. Beyond that you have to use the knowledge machine in your stronghold.

Did you use the first powerpass you got?

How the fuck does that make sense for the players who moved servers cause Amazon fucked up on their end? I sold everything and completely quit valtan cause the queue times make it unplayable since my friends play at night (we live in northwest US). So the players who move to have their complete experience of lost ark, the ones who helped amazon out by ditching their founders benefits (head start), have to start over on a new server with a huge disadvantage? What the hell is this business model Amazon has going over there? Fucking over loyal players, then ignoring their support tickets, this is the most miserable gaming experience I have had since birth. My friend who moved from valtan to enviska, who had used his power pass, received both of his on enviska? so i dont get it?

Please post in Game Support forum, there are active CS there who can help you figure this out.
Although you will not get a second powerpass unless you used the first.(Don’t need to play char either )
But take it up with CS in the support section of this forum.
