Did not receive items purchased from F4 Store

I purchased multiple Harmony Leap Stones and claimed them all at once, however they did not appear in my inventory or mail.

Have the same issue, I have them in bag but they are red and when I rightclick them I get the message “You’re not the right class for this item”

Break them, they are old item, if you break them they give you the adeaactivated to the current patch.

Break them? Like discard?

Thanks for this report! As others have pointed out, you do need to dismantle them in order to use them. We will be fixing this to make it more clear in the future.
