my game froze and disconnected right before clear i relogged in and was at the end in raid did not receive clear loot or was not able to buy end game chest please help can also can not redo raid as the week limit is done

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected near the end of a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to reissue it manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

This does not help it was out of my control and i lose the best loot of the week because the game bugged out on me i do not understand how this is my fault because that is what your implying
this games client and reconnect system is the most horrendous pile of dogshit I’ve ever seen. Not a SINGLE OTHER FUCKING GAME would dc if I drop a single packet and LA does every fucking time. 2x Argos p3 with no loot this week because I dc 30 seconds before the boss dies, probably 20+ chaos dungeons lost. Its unreal and there will never be a change because amazon has zero control over a fucking thing

I am sorry to hear you were not granted the re-entry automatically by the system. If that was the case, sadly, the system did not deem your disconnection as caused by a verified server crash or outage and therefore the entry cannot be reissued manually either.
