I have a slight problem with the Powerpasses. From what I saw online it said that after using the first Powerpass that you get after the Vern storyline, you are supposed to get a second one after bossing the desired character and logging in with it. However, even after I boosted my second character and logged in with him and completed all the necessary missions I still did not receive the second Powerpass in the mail.
As a side note I have a Lvl 50 character that has also completed the Vern story line on a different server and have claimed another powerpass there (that one I have yet to claim). So maybe that has something to do with this.

The reason you didn’t receive another Power-pass is as you suggested because you can only have 2 Power-passes maximum per account.

Power Pass / Adventurers Path
Power Passes allow players to progress already-experienced content quickly on additional characters, so more classes and content can be experienced. There are two ways a Power Pass will be provided to Adventurers:
When the player completes the Main Quest (Ealyn’s Gift) from North Vern, a single Vern Power Pass Token will be provided via in-game mail.
After using the first Power Pass, a second Power Pass will be granted to players via in-game mail.
After two Power Passes are received, you will not be able to earn a third Power Pass this way.
Only two Power Passes can be earned per game account.
Ok, then what happens to people that have leveled to 50 in a big server got their first pass ( haven’t used it) and have decided to swap to a different server cause of the 20k queue and the fact that their friends are locked off, playing in the certain server? Because now they are left with 1 pass only just because they bought the game earlier and had to face those problems
I had this exact same issue. Started on Valtan, got to vern and received powerpass. Friends moved to Shandi because of character creation lock, so I followed and now I can only get 1 powerpass. Contacted lost ark support live chat and they said there’s nothing they can do
This post is incorrect. The powerpass is server locked, not region locked. The fact that this is getting stated multiple times by the support on this forum is so infuriating because its just WRONG. YOU CANNOT REDEEM YOUR POWERPASS ON ANY OTHER SERVER ASIDE FROM THE SERVER YOU LEVELED ON. THAT MEANS ITS SERVER LOCKED. SERVER LOCKED. POWER PASS IS SERVER LOCKED AND THIS COMPANY IS SO INEPT THEIR SUPPORT DOESNT EVEN KNOW THAT. INSTEAD, YOU JUST LIE AND PRETEND THAT THIS FEATURE IS AVAILABLE WHEN IT LITERALLY IS NOT.
To clarify, “haven’t used” does that mean not claiming them or actually using to boost a character?
I claimed mine on Valtan initially, but haven’t used it on a character. I rerolled to Shandi, leveled to 50, claimed and used a powerpass, but did not receive my second on Shandi.
Hello, the same things happened to me. I’ve been urged to swap server from Kadan since queue times were too high. And after you said I can reedem my preorder it was fine for me to swap.
But, sadly, I received only 1 powerpass on Sirius and I can not use the one I got on Kadan, it’s server locked.
Can you please look into this matter and allow powerpasses to be used region wide at least for some time to fix this bug/problem that occured.
when you claim your power pass its EXPRESSED WRITTEN ITS ROSTER LOCKED. Its not REGION LOCK. i had the same issue. I leveled a 50 char on Kazeros with founders pack, on game launch i had to move server because of my friends, i had used the item wich give me the power pass but i dint use the power pass to level a character to lvl 50 on Kazeros.
Today i got level 50 on another server(Yorn), get the power pass, leveled my alt to 50 and DIDNT RECEIVE THE SECOND POWER PASS AS I SHOULD SINCE ITS ROSTER LOCKED as you can see on THEIR OWN WORDS if you try to use the Powerpass.
In the metter of fact, it was posted that people who created new character on new servers would receive another founders pack and it DID NOT HAPPENED either.
So i m really perplex and dont know how should i procede now.
Its really messed up since we can’t found reliable information and some of then go against the GAME information. Its written a thing and it works in another way.
All i want is my powerpass on Beatrice server, since it was automatically claimed after the 1st one used,
isn’t it possible to send it via mail to one of my character ? Or “just” make it region wide ?
And to prove you i wont exploit or anything, i can delete my characters on Trixion, i don’t care.
@nom4de The problem is the lack of information around this Powerpass, we had no way to know it was server locked before claiming it…
its worst. Their information is WRONG inside the game. Since it says when you try to use a PowerPass
“After clearing Vern a free Powerpass is given only 2 times PER ROSTER.”
it does not says “PER REGION”,
in this case, its THEIR mistake, sir, not ours.
I tried to read everything when i was playing the game for the first time, powerpass was no different.
(sorry about english mistakes, its not my main language)
I also have had the same bad experience as many of the other people in this thread from the powerpass wording being misleading and causing us to waste our powerpass.
First of all, most of my friends bought the founder pack and started on valtan.
Vatlan was closed at 8pm pst on feb 10, one day before F2P release.
Once F2P launch was finally released none of the F2P people could join vatlan to play with their friends so we all did what any normal person would do, since we can’t play with our friends we started on another server, in my case this was shandi.
I leveled to 50, did vorn and used the powerpass, then you guys unlocked vatlan due to overwhelming public responses on how this conundrum was not ok and it really discouraged us.
I switched instantly to valtan and I was planning on juggling 2 servers, but after advancing my new character on vatlan to 580 Ilvl, I realized that it would be very hard to progress and juggle two servers.
Finally, you could say that I was quite surprised when I used my FIRST powerpass on the valtan server and I did not receive my second power pass, all the while I get it thrown in my face by my friends saying things like “Bro, this is so nice, I have 3 50’s now because I used my second powerpass…” and I am over here shaking my head in discouragement…
I feel like since the wording says that the powerpass is roster wide and not account or region-wide that the mistake lies on Amazon or the Developer so why should I have to suffer as an end-user.
Please roll out a credit of 1x powerpass for the people that have had this issue… Please show some good faith towards your F2P players and I might invest more than the $50 that I already dumped in after I started playing.
