Did this user get a customization ticket as compensation, but I didn't?

I had the eyebrow colour issue on my Martial Artist, and seeing it’s been literally 2 months with no information/solution, I used my royal crystals to purchase a customization ticket. Then this gets posted in a megathread.

It seems odd to just hand out tickets with no explanation or not adding it as an obtainable item without tagging it as compensation. Can a dev or something confirm whether there’s been issued free tickets to fix it? If so, can I be refunded 800 crystals? This is unfair :face_holding_back_tears:

I’m so sorry for the problem you are having with the customization ticket.

Regarding to your problem I like to recommend you to reach out our support team by creating an e-mail to help you further with this and creating a ticket to the Devs team to investigate the problem.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
